✔ What is the work schedule?
⭐ The schedule depends on the department and position. Production operates on a shift schedule: 2 day shifts – 2 days off – 2 night shifts, from 08:00 to 20:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The warehouse and office operate Monday to Friday, from 08:00/09:00 to 17:30, respectively.

⭐ Yes. A probationary period may apply to certain positions, usually 1 to 3 months, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the terms of employment.

⭐ Usually, the process consists of two stages. First, you meet and speak with an HR manager. Then you have an interview with the head of the relevant department or the production area supervisor.
