BOPP
BOPP film: transparent, pearlescent, matte, white

For hot bakery products, CPP film is used. Optional extras — micro-perforation, lamination. Lamination provides a barrier function to keep moisture out. For rusks the priority is moisture protection and crispness, while croutons additionally need a high oxygen barrier, as fats and spices are more prone to oxidation.

Formats: pillow bag — for any product, Flow-pack (mainly buns and croissants), side-gusset bags (bread, baguettes), clip bags (sliced bread).

ITAK’s clients include Kulynychi, Agrola and others.

FAQ

✔ How can still-warm bread be packed without condensation?

CPP film with micro-perforation is used. Excess vapour escapes gradually, condensation drops and the crust stays crisp.

✔ What packaging formats do you offer for bread?

Flow-pack for croissants and buns, side-gusset bags for bread and baguettes, clip bags for sliced bread and a pillow bag for mass packing.

✔ How does packaging for rusks differ from that for croutons?

For rusks the key is moisture protection and crispness; croutons additionally need a high oxygen barrier because fats and spices oxidise faster.

✔ Is the packaging suitable for automatic filling lines?

Yes, Flow-pack and pillow-bag formats are compatible with modern automatic lines.
