ITAK took part in the professional conference “Confectionery Business 2026”, which brought together representatives of the confectionery industry, manufacturers, suppliers, and market experts.

The event focused on current trends in the confectionery industry, new ingredients, modern production technologies, and innovative packaging solutions. Particular attention was paid to the role of packaging as an important factor in a product’s competitiveness.

ITAK Expert Presentation

As part of the conference, Natalia Bevza, ITAK’s Director of Quality and Certification, gave a presentation on legislative requirements for food packaging in Ukraine and worldwide, as well as current regulatory trends.

Food packaging regulations are particularly important for manufacturers today, as requirements for product safety, compliance, and labeling are constantly evolving. Understanding current regulations helps businesses adapt their production processes and packaging solutions to new requirements in a timely manner.
